“Thanksgiving and Prayer”
Thanksgiving and prayer should be part of all of our lives.
For an example, please read the following verses.
Philem 4-7
4 I always thank my God as I remember you in my prayers,
5 because I hear about your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for all the saints.
6 I pray that you may be active in sharing your faith so that you will have a full understanding of every good thing we have in Christ.
7 Your love has given me great joy and encouragement, because you, brother, have refreshed the hearts of the saints.
So give thanks to the Lord God and pray for His best for others.
It seems rather easy and harmless to do.
You will find out something if you practice these traits.
It is not an earth-shaking thing you will find.
You will find that You love the one to whom you give thanks.
It will change your relationship with the Lord God.
You will also find you will love the ones you pray for.
If you are unhappy or even angry at someone, start praying for them. This is the surest way to go from hate to love. Try it, you will like it.
