We Worship the Wrong god

Description

We all have something or someone we hold onto most dearly. Sometimes this turns into an adoration of the person or thing, other times it becomes a full-blown object of worship. Anything, anyone, anytime that gets in the way of God and our worship of him has become a god. Anything that interferes with our growth and maturity towards Christlikeness has become a god to us. Scripture is pretty clear about how God feels regarding these things.
